Following the framework agreement, Milan commissioned Solaris to deliver another batch, 100, of electric buses with a length of 12 meters. Together with the 40 Urbino electric already delivered, which ATM Milano purchased in 2019, this gives a total of 140 buses. Solaris will deliver the newly ordered 100 vehicles to the Italian city in the first half of 2021. After completing the entire contract, Milan will have 275 zero-emission Solaris buses. The first electric buses - 25 Urbino 12 electric - appeared in the metropolis in 2018 and 2019.
